The Fujairah Digital Library of the Fujairah University was established in implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, and with the generous support of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, and under the supervision of His Excellency Saeed bin Mohammed Al Raqbani, Special Advisor to His Highness the Ruler of Fujairah. It aims to prioritize education, scientific research, and community service through an integrated knowledge environment. The digital platform was launched in 2021 to provide knowledge resources to the academic and general community, and these efforts were crowned by the official opening of the library building in March 2023 in the presence of the wise leadership.
The important role played by modern technology in leading the digital future of the UAE, helped facilitate easy access to knowledge and innovation, and provide a proactive digital system, specialized in all fields of knowledge.

The Fujairah Digital Library embodies the vision of the wise leadership aimed at strengthening the cultural and knowledge sector in the UAE and building a generation armed with science and knowledge to lead our future and advance the components of our civilization. This new knowledge edifice will contribute to the consolidation of the UAE's position as an incubator of culture and creativity in the region.

With the blessing and support of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Muhammad Al Sharqi, Ruler of Fujairah, Member of the Federal Supreme Council; The Fujairah Digital Library of the University of Fujairah was established to be a radiation center for knowledge and various sciences. It serves students and members of the community and employs artificial intelligence techniques in creating a developmental breakthrough in the methods of presenting science and knowledge, and developing the skills of Emirati youth in artificial intelligence technologies and foreseeing the future.
